Dale’s experience includes more than forty-five years of active civil litigation, including more than forty jury verdict trials and extensive Montana Supreme Court appellate work. In addition, Dale has represented plaintiffs and defendants in tort, commercial, insurance, property, workers’ compensation, and other contested matters and also serves as a mediator and arbitrator.
