About
Logan M. Brown is an attorney dedicated to guiding individuals and families through the important process of estate planning. His work centers on creating personalized plans that address wills, trusts, long-term care, and Medicaid planning, always with the goal of providing clarity and peace of mind for clients and their loved ones.
Logan earned his Finance degree from Fort Hays State University, where he also competed as a four-year letterman on the men’s varsity golf team and was active in the Sigma Chi fraternity. He later received his Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law, focusing his coursework on estate planning and tax law. During law school, he was recognized with the Enos Hook Law Scholarship and the Seminole Nation Indian Law Scholarship for his achievements.
Logan began his career with experience in a bank trust department in Kansas City before returning home to Wichita, where he built a practice around helping local families. Since 2008, he has focused his legal work on estate planning, addressing issues such as preparing wills, structuring trusts, guiding families through long-term care decisions, and navigating Medicaid planning challenges. His approach emphasizes practical solutions that are tailored to each client’s unique situation and goals.
Logan understands that estate planning is about more than documents—it is about trust, communication, and preparation for the future. Clients rely on him not only as a lawyer but also as an adviser and counselor who listens carefully to their concerns. He often helps families simplify the process of passing wealth, avoid probate complications, keep affairs private, and ensure plans operate smoothly when they are most needed.
Logan M. Brown continues to serve his Wichita community by helping clients create thoughtful, effective estate plans that provide comfort, security, and lasting protection for future generations.
One area that Logan particularly values is elder law, sometimes called nursing home or Medicaid planning. He assists families during times of crisis, helping them protect assets while securing the care their loved ones need. As a member of ElderCounsel, he brings both training and dedication to this specialized field, offering guidance that blends technical knowledge with compassion.
