Lloyd A. Sarro

Lloyd A. Sarro is the managing partner of Sarro Proctor Law in Hagerstown, Maryland. He focuses on workers’ compensation and personal injury matters for injured people across Western Maryland and other parts of the state. His work includes claims involving workplace injuries, car accidents, premises liability, dog bites, and other injury-related disputes. He founded Sarro Proctor Law in 2021 after more than two decades managing Western Maryland offices for another injury-focused practice.

Lloyd earned a B.S. from Ithaca College, graduating cum laude, and later received a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. During law school, he received the American Jurisprudence Award in Legal Research and Writing. His academic training provided a foundation in research, analysis, and written advocacy that supports his work evaluating injury claims, addressing disputed benefits, and presenting legal positions for workers and other injured clients.

Lloyd began his legal career in New York City with Herzfeld & Rubin before building a Maryland practice centered on injury representation. He has practiced in Maryland since 1997 and previously practiced in New York and New Jersey. His admissions include several federal district courts, including the US District Court for the District of Maryland. This background gives him experience handling claims across different courts, procedural settings, and insurance-related disputes.
