Linda Pizzini

Linda Pizzini is the principal of the Pizzini Law Firm in Yukon, Oklahoma, and has operated her own practice since 2009. Her practice focuses on family law, particularly adoptions, divorce, guardianships, custody, child support, and modifications. She also provides estate planning assistance involving wills, trusts, Durable Power of Attorney documents, Advanced Healthcare Directives, and Living Wills, giving clients access to guidance on both family transitions and future planning needs.

Linda graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2007. Before law school, she graduated cum laude from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, where she majored in Political Science, Criminal Justice, and History. That academic preparation supports a practice that requires careful evaluation of family circumstances, statutory requirements, court procedures, and sensitive client goals, while her legal education prepared her for both advocacy and negotiated problem solving.

Early in her legal career, Linda worked with the Tucker Law Firm in Edmond. In 2008, she was appointed Administrator of Investigations with the Oklahoma Department of Human Services and led investigations in the Office of Client Advocacy involving allegations of abuse, neglect, and exploitation affecting juveniles in state custody and vulnerable adults. She is also certified as a Mediator for the Early Settlement Mediation program and has additional Guardian ad Litem training.

Linda Pizzini brings family law practice together with prior investigative, mediation, and child-focused training. Her background with Oklahoma’s human services system provides experience with difficult factual situations and vulnerable people, while her private practice addresses the legal issues families face in divorce, custody, adoption, guardianship, and support matters.
