Les Brock

Les Brock is a Virginia trial attorney who represents individuals and businesses in personal injury, tort litigation, and commercial disputes. After years of defending insurers and corporate clients, he shifted his practice toward helping people and businesses harmed or taken advantage of by others in his community.

Les earned his A.B. in Economics, cum laude, from the University of Georgia in 2000. He was recognized with Phi Kappa Phi and Presidential Scholar honors. He earned his J.D. from Washington & Lee University School of Law in 2004, where he was involved with Environmental Law Digest.

Les began his career at a defense firm, where he defended multinational insurers and corporate clients in state and federal courts across Virginia. This work gave him early trial experience and a close view of how large companies handle claims involving serious harm and responsibility.

Les later chose to focus his practice on holding people and businesses accountable. He grew concerned with representing corporations whose main goal was saving money, even when they were at fault. That experience shaped his commitment to helping injured people and local businesses.

Les served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable A. Christian Compton, Senior Justice on the Supreme Court of Virginia. He is admitted to the Virginia State Bar and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia.

Les has earned Legal Elite honors in 2016, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2024, and 2025. He has also been named to Super Lawyers from 2017 through 2025. These honors reflect his years of trial work, legal skill, and steady service to clients.
