Lawrence holds a B.A. from the University of Cincinnati and an M.A. in Education and Communal Service from Hebrew Union College in Los Angeles. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law, where he served as Associate Editor of the Seattle University Law Review. He also completed judicial externships with Judge Anthony Wartnik (Ret.) of King County Superior Court and Judge William L. Dwyer of the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington.
Lawrence’s practice includes negotiating and resolving complex title, boundary, and easement issues, assisting with landlord-tenant disputes, and advising on commercial leases, real estate finance, and property development. Prior to joining ACS, he worked as an associate at Perkins Coie and served as Assistant General Counsel at Shurgard Storage Centers, Inc. He also ran his own firm, Glosser Law Offices, PLLC, in Bellevue.
Recognized as a Super Lawyer since 2014 and rated 10.0 “Superb” by AVVO, Lawrence S. Glosser is a respected authority in his field.
