About
Lawrence S. Glosser is a seasoned real estate and business attorney at Ahlers Cressman & Sleight PLLC in Seattle. With a legal career supported by over four decades of hands-on industry experience, he advises clients on a wide range of real estate, corporate, and transactional matters. His practice spans transactional work and litigation, offering a rare dual perspective that benefits property developers, investors, landlords, and businesses. Lawrence’s entrepreneurial background in real estate—as a broker, manager, developer, and attorney since 1978—gives him a practical understanding of the challenges clients face.
Lawrence holds a B.A. from the University of Cincinnati and an M.A. in Education and Communal Service from Hebrew Union College in Los Angeles. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law, where he served as Associate Editor of the Seattle University Law Review. He also completed judicial externships with Judge Anthony Wartnik (Ret.) of King County Superior Court and Judge William L. Dwyer of the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington.
Lawrence’s practice centers on negotiating and resolving complex title, boundary, and easement matters, as well as assisting clients with landlord-tenant disputes. He also advises on commercial leasing, real estate finance, and property development projects. Before joining ACS, Lawrence was an associate at Perkins Coie and served as Assistant General Counsel for Shurgard Storage Centers, Inc. He later founded and operated Glosser Law Offices, PLLC, in Bellevue, where he provided strategic counsel on a broad range of real estate matters.
Recognized as a Super Lawyer since 2014 and rated 10.0 “Superb” by AVVO, Lawrence S. Glosser is a respected authority in his field.
