From 1987 to 1990, he worked as an associate attorney in a private law firm in Jamestown, where he managed criminal defense and civil litigation matters. In February 1990, he founded Kropp Law Offices, P.C., and also served as Jamestown City Prosecutor from 1990 to 1996.
