About
Todd Kelly is a partner and litigation lead with extensive experience in personal injury trial law. He is known for strong courtroom advocacy and a commitment to representing seriously injured clients. His work reflects a focus on accountability, careful case strategy, and achieving meaningful results.
Todd earned a B.A. from the University of Texas and a Juris Doctor from the Dickinson School of Law. He was a member of the Woolsack Honor Society. He has also completed advanced training at the Trial Lawyers College and Celebration Leadership Institute.
Todd began his career serving in the United States Marine Corps as a judge advocate. During this time, he worked as a criminal defense attorney and later reached the rank of Major. This experience helped build strong litigation and leadership skills early in his career.
After entering private practice, Todd represented victims of asbestos exposure and serious injuries. He later focused on cases involving birth injury, nursing home abuse, and personal injury matters. His work has included representing clients in complex and high-stakes litigation.
Todd has received numerous honors, including induction into the Texas Lawyer Hall of Fame and recognition as a Texas Super Lawyer for multiple years. He has also achieved significant trial results, including a multi-million dollar verdict in a high-profile case.
Todd is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and serves in leadership roles within legal organizations.
