Mark works across asset classes that include vacant land, office and retail buildings, industrial projects, shopping centers, multifamily properties, and hotels and resorts. He also negotiates management agreements, leasing agreements, and joint venture agreements for operators and capital partners.

L. Mark Osher helps real estate clients structure transactions and respond to financing or investment challenges throughout the life cycle of an asset. Mark’s practice spans both ordinary-course transactions and distressed situations, allowing him to address financing, ownership, operation, and disposition questions within a broader commercial context. His work supports borrowers, lenders, developers, and investment funds managing complex real estate and capital relationships across the United States.
