Kurt Schwab

Kurt Schwab is an attorney with Rathdrum & Post Falls Estate Planning who serves individuals and families in northern Idaho. Schwab earned B.A. degrees in Political Science and History from Utah State University. He later received his Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law, where he emphasized litigation. During law school, he earned a place on the trial team and competed nationally in Seattle and St. Louis. He also served on the appellate team, which competed in a national event in New York City, strengthening his advocacy and legal analysis skills.

After law school, Schwab opened a private practice in Twin Falls, Idaho, where he represented residents of the Magic Valley both in and out of court. He joined Post Falls Law in 2018 and later became a senior partner. In 2021, he started Post Falls Estate Planning and Probate. His background in litigation and private practice supports his ability to guide clients through planning, administration, and disputes involving estates and family decision-making.

Kurt Schwab received the Idaho State Bar’s Denise O’Donnell Day Pro Bono Award in 2016 for volunteer legal work benefiting senior citizens. His practice reflects a commitment to practical service, careful preparation, and clear communication.
