Krystal C. Durham

Krystal C. Durham is a partner at Williams & Connolly LLP whose practice focuses on complex civil litigation, white collar defense and investigations, criminal defense, and professional liability lawsuits and disputes. She represents corporations, professional firms, and individuals in disputes involving professional malpractice, contracts, defamation, antitrust, employment, and First Amendment issues. Her experience includes government investigations and litigation involving the DOJ, FINRA, FTC, and other regulatory agencies.

Krystal earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. She served as a Staff Editor of the Columbia Journal of Race and Law and completed a judicial externship in federal court. She earned her B.A., with high distinction, in History from the University of Virginia and received the University Achievement Award.

Krystal represents clients throughout investigations, litigation, trials, and other high-stakes proceedings. Her experience includes defending individuals in FINRA investigations and securities fraud matters. She has represented accounting and law firms in professional liability and First Amendment disputes. Her trial experience extends to criminal defense, including serving as trial counsel for individuals facing first-degree and second-degree murder charges.
