Kristy Dahl Rogers is a litigator and regulatory attorney with deep expertise in renewable energy, representing clients in state and federal courts, regulatory agencies, and local government boards. She specializes in permitting large renewable projects and complex litigation involving regulatory compliance and land use challenges.

Kristy dedicates much of her practice to permitting large renewable energy projects and managing trial and appellate litigation. Kristy handles disputes involving regulatory compliance, land use, eminent domain, nuisance, and takings, skillfully challenging local government decisions and agency rulings through judicial reviews and emergency motions.

Kristy’s extensive experience in renewable energy permitting enables her to secure and defend state and local permits for wind, solar, and battery energy storage projects.
