Kristen T. Gallagher

Kristen T. Gallagher is a partner at McDonald Carano and Co-Chair of the Employment & Labor Law Practice. She is also a member of the Commercial & Complex Litigation Practice. She represents employers and organizations in a wide range of workplace and business matters.

Kristen earned a J.D., magna cum laude, from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV in 2005. She also holds a Master of Social Work from UNLV and a B.S. in Business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Kristen handles many employment and labor matters, including class actions, wrongful termination, wage disputes, and discrimination claims. She works with federal and state laws that govern the workplace. Her experience includes representing clients in court and before agencies in complex legal proceedings.

Kristen also advises employers on hiring, termination, contracts, and workplace policies. She conducts internal investigations into issues such as harassment, discrimination, and misconduct. She helps clients manage daily operations, comply with laws, and address sensitive workplace concerns.
