She became a partner at Ingram & Stanley in 2009 and later worked with Swetman Baxter Massenburg, LLC, a civil litigation firm in New Orleans. In 2014, she returned to Slidell to build a practice serving local families, individuals, and businesses.
Kristen has also held leadership and service roles throughout the Slidell community. Her involvement has included the Slidell Bar Association, the 22nd Judicial District Bar Association, East St. Tammany Habitat for Humanity, and the East St. Tammany Chamber of Commerce. She served as 2024 President of the 22nd Judicial District Bar Association and became Chair of the Slidell Memorial Hospital Board of Commissioners in 2025.
