Kristen A. Menard is the founder and owner of Menard Lawyers, LLC in Barnstable, Massachusetts. She focuses her practice on domestic relations, with a primary emphasis on divorce and custody litigation. Attorney Menard represents clients in family law matters involving divorce, custody and visitation, paternity, child support, alimony, enforcement, modifications, asset division, restraining orders, separation agreements, and related family disputes throughout Cape Cod and Southeastern Massachusetts.

Kristen A. Menard earned her B.A. from Suffolk University in 2003. She later received her J.D. from the University of Massachusetts School of Law, formerly known as Southern New England School of Law, in 2006. She was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2006. Her education and legal training provide a foundation in advocacy, legal analysis, and client counseling for clients facing sensitive domestic relations matters.

Kristen A. Menard is routinely appointed by the court as a Guardian ad Litem in complex custody matters in various counties across Massachusetts.
