Kiomeiry Csépes

Kiomeiry Csépes, Esq. is the Managing Member and Founder of Csepes Law, a New Jersey law firm serving individuals and families in family law, immigration, and real estate matters. She brings more than two decades of hands-on legal experience and a deep commitment to advocacy, equity, and community-focused representation.

Kiomeiry earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law, where she served as a Student Lawyer in Rutgers’ first Immigrant Justice Clinic. In that role, she helped an unaccompanied minor pursue Special Immigrant Juvenile Status. While at Rutgers, she also helped establish a scholarship through Alianza, the Latino Law Student Association, to support minority high school students.

Kiomeiry began her legal career in 1999 as a family law paralegal, where she assisted families in navigating the court system and resolving complex legal disputes. This early experience provided her with a strong foundation in family law, which continues to inform her practical, client-centered approach today.

Kiomeiry’s personal background has shaped her dedication to immigrant advocacy. Born in Puerto Rico and raised in New Jersey, she grew up immersed in the immigrant experience through her family’s history. This perspective allows her to connect deeply with clients facing family-based and victim-based immigration challenges.

Kiomeiry Csépes is actively involved in professional organizations, including the New Jersey State Bar Association, Mercer County Bar Association, American Bar Association, and American Immigration Lawyers Association. Fluent in English and Spanish, she is known for compassionate advocacy, cultural understanding, and a strong commitment to helping clients move forward with confidence.
