Kimberly E. Alston

Kimberly E. Alston is the Managing Attorney of the Buckhead Closings office at Lueder, Larkin & Hunter, LLC. She focuses her practice on residential real estate closings and assists parties involved in real estate transactions, including buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate professionals. Ms. Alston has extensive experience with title review, title clearance, and closings involving REO properties. Her work helps clients move through residential transactions with careful legal support and practical closing guidance.

Ms. Alston earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law. She also received her B.A., summa cum laude, from Hampton University, where she was a Presidential Scholar. While at Emory, she was a member of the Emory University School of Law chapter of Phi Alpha Delta. Her academic background supports her ability to review real estate documents, analyze title issues, and guide clients through closing-related legal matters with attention to detail and care.

Ms. Alston’s experience includes conventional residential closings, title review, title clearance, and REO property closings. She helps manage the details that arise before and during closing, including documentation, communication, and the legal issues connected to residential real estate transfers.
