Kim N. A. Boras leads complex real estate matters with over three decades of deep experience in financings, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing transactions. She represents lenders and borrowers, buyers and sellers, and landlords and tenants across a wide variety of property types and deal structures in Los Angeles and beyond.

Kim holds a BA from Rollins College and earned her JD from Harvard Law School. Kim is admitted to practice in both California and New York, bringing national insight to her transactional work.
