Kevin W. Stuart

Kevin W. Stuart is the managing partner of Bernard & Merrill, PLLC in Manchester, New Hampshire. He practices primarily in the defense of workers’ compensation claims and also handles liability and insurance matters. His work serves employers, insurance carriers, and related business clients facing claims, litigation, and questions arising under New Hampshire workers’ compensation law. He is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and brings a focused defense perspective to these matters.

Stuart earned a J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School and received a Jurisprudence Award in Constitutional Law. He also earned an M.P.A., cum laude, and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire. His legal and public-administration training provides a foundation for analyzing statutory requirements, administrative procedures, insurance issues, and the practical decisions employers and carriers face when responding to workplace injury claims.
