Kevin earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif and served as a Notes and Comments Editor for the Georgetown Law Journal. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the College of the Holy Cross.
