Kevin M. O’Hagan is a managing partner with offices in Chicago and Richmond. He handles professional liability, commercial and business litigation, directors and officers matters, cyber liability, employment disputes, class actions, and related defense work. He acts as lead counsel for Fortune 500 companies and has tried cases in several states, including matters before the Delaware Court of Chancery. His practice supports businesses, executives, insurers, and professionals facing complex litigation and risk management challenges.

Mr. O’Hagan graduated from the College of the Holy Cross and earned his Juris Doctor from DePaul University. While in law school, he was a member and editor of the DePaul Law Review. His academic background provides a strong foundation for legal analysis, trial strategy, professional liability defense, and practical business counseling. This training supports his ability to evaluate complex disputes, manage risk, and guide clients through demanding litigation matters.
