About
Kevin Glasheen is a senior partner at Glasheen, Valles & Inderman Injury Lawyers and a personal injury attorney licensed in New Mexico, Texas, and Colorado. His practice focuses on catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims. Glasheen has more than 30 years of experience representing injured people in serious civil cases involving car, motorcycle, and truck crashes, oilfield injuries, train wrecks, and industrial accidents.
Glasheen earned his J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1988 after receiving a B.S. from Texas A&M University in 1985. He opened his own law office immediately after law school and began handling personal injury cases. His early trial work led to opportunities to serve as lead counsel in significant civil matters, building a practice centered on courtroom advocacy and complex injury litigation.
Glasheen has tried numerous personal injury cases involving transportation accidents, workplace injuries, and industrial incidents. His firm profile identifies him as lead counsel in major Texas railroad crossing wrongful death cases, including verdicts of $65 million and $46 million that later resolved through settlements on appeal. He is admitted before the U.S. Supreme Court, Fifth Circuit, and all four federal district courts in Texas.
Kevin Glasheen has been selected to the Texas Super Lawyers list continuously since 2004 and holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He has also served on the Texas Tech Law School Foundation board and as president of the Texas Tech School of Law Alumni Association. His long litigation career combines trial experience, appellate-level admissions, professional service, and representation of clients facing catastrophic injuries and wrongful death claims.
