Kevin D. Jamison is the managing partner at Jamison Empting Cronin, LLP, bringing extensive experience in civil defense litigation across California and federal courts. His expertise spans product liability, premises liability, complex personal injury, toxic torts, wrongful death, environmental law, business litigation, family law, and estate planning. Having successfully defended hundreds of cases in California Superior Courts and U.S. District Courts across the Southern, Northern, Central, and Eastern Districts, he is a trusted advocate for clients facing high-stakes legal matters. His appellate experience extends to the California Court of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal, where he has contributed to favorable legal precedents.

Mr. Jamison’s legal career is built on a solid education foundation and hands-on litigation experience. He earned his B.B.A. in Accounting from Pacific Union College, an M.B.A. in Finance and Management from San Diego State University, and his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2002. Licensed to practice in California since 2002, he has served as both first and second chair trial counsel in civil litigation and criminal prosecution. He has successfully prevailed on summary judgments and secured favorable outcomes in mediations, settlements, and arbitrations, consistently protecting his client’s interests.

Before founding his firm, Mr. Jamison worked as in-house counsel at Jack in the Box, Inc., later serving as outside counsel for Universal Studios and NBC Universal. He also represented Fortune 50 companies and national insurers in high-profile litigation, handling asbestos and environmental exposure cases. His representative clients include Ford Motor Company, General Motors, General Electric, CBS Corporation, Paramount Pictures, and Viacom.

An active member of legal and professional organizations, Kevin D.
