Kevin D. Heard is the managing member of Heard, Ary & Dauro LLC, with over 25 years of experience guiding businesses through complex debt restructuring, both within and outside bankruptcy. His practice spans industries such as government contracting, defense, e-commerce, construction, trucking, and retail.

Kevin earned his Juris Doctor from Samford University, Cumberland School of Law in 1987 and his Bachelor of Science from Florida State University in 1984. He is board-certified in Business Bankruptcy by the American Board of Certification, reflecting his advanced legal expertise, continuing education, and high professional standards in bankruptcy law.
