Kevin A. Snider

Kevin A. Snider is the managing member of Snider & Horner, PLLC in Germantown, Tennessee. He founded the firm in 1996 and has guided its growth while continuing to represent Memphis and Shelby County consumers in fraud claims. Snider concentrates on consumer protection disputes and also handles civil litigation, criminal matters, mediation, arbitration, and related trial work. His practice helps clients address contested legal problems in state and federal courts.

Snider earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 1996. He received a B.S. in Business Administration from Southern College in 1992 and completed G.S.S.P. work at Georgetown University in 1995. His business and legal education supports his ability to evaluate consumer disputes, trial strategy, and practical risks for individuals, businesses, and organizations involved in litigation or negotiation.

Snider has completed more than 2,000 contested trials and hearings in state and federal courts. His experience includes consumer fraud matters, civil and criminal litigation, mediation, arbitration, public commentary, and service as general counsel to organizations in Tennessee. He successfully argued Miller et al. v. United Automax before the Tennessee Supreme Court, a consumer-fraud case that expanded the available remedies under Tennessee law.

Kevin A. Snider is board-certified as a civil trial and civil pretrial specialist by the NBTA, a Rule 31 listed general civil and family law mediator, and a Certified Fraud Examiner. Snider has served as a special judge in Shelby County General Sessions Court and Germantown Municipal Court, held civic leadership roles, and been listed as a Mid-South Super Lawyer. His work reflects trial experience, consumer-focused advocacy, and practical judgment for clients facing serious disputes.
