Keri Davis

Keri Davis is an attorney with Slepian & Schwartz whose practice focuses on real estate law and mediation. She represents individuals, developers, lenders, and businesses in a wide range of residential and commercial real estate matters, providing strategic legal guidance throughout transactions and dispute resolution processes.

Keri earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. She later obtained her Juris Doctor from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University, where she developed a strong foundation in transactional law, contract drafting, and legal analysis.

Prior to joining the firm, Keri practiced real estate law for eight years with a Buckhead-based firm. Her experience includes handling residential and commercial closings, construction lending, foreclosures, short sales, and REO matters. She has served as legal counsel for multi-family, condominium, mixed-use, retail, office, apartment, and warehouse developments.

Keri’s practice includes extensive drafting across all phases of real estate transactions. This work involves covenants, leases, deeds, agreements, commercial loan documents, modifications, corporate transactions, and custom mortgage documentation. Clients rely on her attention to detail and her practical approach to managing complex, high-value transactions.

In addition to her real estate practice, Keri is a registered mediator in Georgia’s Sixth District. She mediates both court-referred and private matters, guiding parties through a confidential, voluntary process to resolve disputes efficiently and cost-effectively before litigation becomes necessary.

Keri Davis’ mediation experience includes elder matters, landlord-tenant disputes, construction conflicts, contract and corporate disputes, and domestic relations issues. Through a balanced and solutions-focused approach, she helps parties reach durable resolutions while minimizing disruption, expense, and uncertainty.
