Kenny earned his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law and his B.S. in Computer Engineering from Clemson University. In his career, Kenny has led global anti-counterfeiting campaigns, built and rehabilitated IP portfolios, and protected brand value across industries. He represents clients in post-grant proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, including inter partes reviews and ex parte reexaminations. He also has significant experience with domain name disputes under the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) before the World Intellectual Property Organization. His litigation experience includes representing both plaintiffs and defendants in patent disputes involving technologies such as consumer products, artificial intelligence software, textiles, and network camera technology, often securing favorable settlements or precedent-setting outcomes.

Beyond client work, Kenny Knox provides pro bono counsel to non-profit organizations and underprivileged inventors, artists, and entrepreneurs through Georgia Lawyers for the Arts. He has served as Chair of the IP Practice in China Committee for the American Intellectual Property Law Association, collaborating with industry leaders to influence and comment on legislative reforms in China.
