Kenneth Y. Sugita

Kenneth Y. Sugita is a founding partner of Kobayashi Sugita & Goda, LLP with extensive experience in real estate, corporate, tax, and financing matters. His work has included real estate acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, banking and loan documentation, development projects, condominium development and documentation, foreclosures, corporate tax issues, and general corporate matters.

Sugita earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Hawaii in 1963, a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1966, and an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 1969. That combination of engineering, law, and tax training supports technically detailed transactional work.
