O’Malley on the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and Judge John J. Tuchi in the US District Court for the District of Arizona.

Kenneth was part of the Gallagher & Kennedy team that secured an $85 million settlement for the State of Arizona in its consumer fraud case against Google. His representative experience includes local counsel work in multidistrict groundwater contamination and product liability litigation involving a proposed $15 billion settlement. He has also worked on a whistleblower False Claims Act matter in which the US Supreme Court reversed and remanded the case for further proceedings.

Kenneth N. Ralston is admitted in Arizona and is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association.
