Kenneth J. Ronan

Ken Ronan, Esq. is a Boca Raton trial lawyer with 30 years of courtroom experience. He has tried hundreds of cases across Florida in State and Federal Courts. His work includes careful case review, evidence preparation, jury selection, witness questioning, and strong advocacy for clients facing serious legal matters.

Ken earned a degree in business from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton in 1979. He then earned a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law Center in 1982. His legal training helped prepare him for trial work, litigation strategy, and the demands of representing clients in complex disputes.

Ken began building practical courtroom skills through early legal roles. He served as a law clerk for the 15th Judicial Circuit in 1980 and as a law clerk for the Florida 4th District Court of Appeals in 1982. From 1982 to 1984, he worked as an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County, Florida.

Ken focuses his practice on vehicle collision cases, premises liability, criminal defense, probate and guardian litigation, medical malpractice, commercial litigation, products liability, wrongful death, bad faith insurance, and complex civil litigation. His broad practice allows him to assist people, families, and businesses when legal problems require organized preparation and decisive action.

Ken was admitted to practice law in Florida in 1982 and has been a member of the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida since 1988. Ken has also shared his knowledge as a past adjunct law professor at Palm Beach Junior College.
