Kendell H. Ferguson

Kendell H. Ferguson is a partner who began practicing in Grants Pass in 2007. Her practice focuses mainly on litigation, estate planning, and estate administration. She also handles bankruptcy, business transactions, business formation, collections, contracts, creditor’s rights, debtor and creditor representation, evictions, foreclosures, leases, probate, and real estate matters.

Kendell earned her B.S. in Chemistry, cum laude, from Southern Oregon University in 2003. She received her J.D. from the University of Oregon in 2007. Her legal education and science background support careful analysis, clear writing, and steady problem-solving in matters involving property, business, estates, and litigation.

Kendell was admitted to the Oregon bar in 2007. She is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Her memberships in the Josephine County Bar Association and the Oregon State Bar support her professional work.
