Kellen Bryant

Kellen Bryant, Esq., is a Jacksonville, Florida elder law lawyer and partner and co-founder at Berg Bryant Elder Law Group, PLLC who advises caregivers, seniors, and families on planning for aging, incapacity, and long-term care. He focuses on asset protection and preservation from long-term care costs, creditors, and financial exploitation. He also helps clients with estate planning law, Medicaid strategies, probate, trusts, guardianship, and related elder care matters, using customized solutions designed around each family’s circumstances and planning priorities and long-term care needs.

Kellen earned his J.D. cum laude from Stetson University College of Law in 2007. He earned his B.A. cum laude in Political Science from Florida State University in 2003. He interned for Judge Scriven in the US District Court for the Middle District of Florida and Judge LaRose at Florida’s Second District Court of Appeal. He also worked as a summer associate before establishing his own practice in Jacksonville, Florida.

Kellen is Florida Bar Board Certified in Elder Law and is also a VA-accredited attorney. He assists clients with VA Aid and Attendance benefits and represents matters before the Veterans Administration. He belongs to the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, its Florida chapter, ElderCounsel, and The Florida Bar’s Elder Law Section.
