Kathryn Hartnett

Kathryn Hartnett is an attorney at Hauptman, O’Brien, Wolf & Lathrop, P.C. whose practice focuses on workers’ compensation and personal injury claims across Iowa and Nebraska. She represents injured clients in matters involving vehicle collisions, workplace injuries, catastrophic injuries, premises claims, defective products, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. Kathryn has practiced in Iowa and Nebraska since 2010. Before 2016, she handled personal injury, premises liability, title, and catastrophic construction defect claims. At Hauptman O’Brien, she focuses on workers’ compensation and personal injury matters and has presented on workers’ compensation law at the Nebraska Workers’ Compensation Symposium and the National Association of Subrogation Professionals annual meeting. Her experience includes both claim development and contested litigation.

Kathryn Hartnett brings cross-border practice experience to injury and workers’ compensation matters in Nebraska and Iowa. She is admitted in both states and in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska and the Southern District of Iowa.
