Kathryn F. (Taylor) Abernethy is a highly skilled employment attorney and partner at The Noble Law. With over 15 years in the defense bar at major international law firms, she has extensive experience in employment law, workplace rights, and complex litigation. She has handled cases involving Title VII, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the North Carolina Wage & Hour Act, and other state and federal laws. During law school, she served as an Articles Editor for the Washington University Law Quarterly. She also holds a B.A. in History from Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri.
