Fuoco completed internships with the Rhode Island Attorney General’s Office and the Rhode Island Law Revision Office and served as a judicial intern to Magistrate Sullivan. After law school, she spent a year as a judicial clerk to Judge Debra L. Olsson in the Appellate Division of the Rhode Island Workers’ Compensation Court, gaining direct exposure to compensation law and appellate review.
Kathryn E. Fuoco is admitted in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island. Fuoco’s workers’ compensation clerkship provides a particularly relevant foundation for her current practice.
