Kathleen M. Daniels is an associate with DeSisto Law in Providence, Rhode Island, and has practiced with the firm since 1994. Daniels also has experience responding to petitions seeking review by the U.S. Supreme Court. Her practice combines deep written-advocacy experience with municipal and constitutional litigation, helping public-sector clients address complex cases from trial-level motions through appellate review.
