Kathleen earned her B.A., cum laude, in English Literature from Loyola University of Chicago in 1990 and her J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law in 1994. Her background as a high school English teacher in Chicago before attending law school gives her a unique perspective when guiding clients through the emotional and practical challenges of family law cases.

In her practice, Kathleen handles a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support, guardianship, name changes, adoptions, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, paternity, fathers’ rights, grandparents’ rights, and post-divorce modifications.
