Kate Allen Robinson

Kate Allen Robinson is a partner at Holland & Knight and serves as executive partner for the firm’s Portland office. She is a real estate and business attorney who focuses on the multifamily housing sector. Her practice includes Real Estate, Real Estate Finance, Corporate Services, Multifamily Housing, and Joint Ventures, with work for sponsors, owner-operators, and investors in complex transactions and operational matters.

Robinson earned a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. from the University of Puget Sound. She is admitted in Oregon, Washington, and New York.
