Kalie Lydon

Kalie Lydon is a New Hampshire attorney and the sole owner of Lydon Law, with offices in Nashua and Portsmouth. She represents clients in family law, criminal defense, DWI and motor vehicle matters, probate, civil litigation, and personal injury claims. Her practice includes divorce, child custody, domestic violence, criminal charges, probate disputes, and other matters that require clear advice, careful preparation, and strong courtroom advocacy.

Kalie earned her J.D. from New England School of Law in 2000. She received her B.A. in Economics from Keene State College in 1994, with minors in psychology and sociology. Her academic background supports her ability to evaluate financial, personal, and behavioral issues that often arise in family, criminal, probate, and civil disputes.

Kalie has practiced for more than twenty years in both public and private roles. She worked as an associate attorney at Hamilton Law Offices from 2002 through 2006 and served as prosecuting attorney for the Hudson Police Department from 2006 through 2012. She later became a partner at Lydon & Richards before becoming the sole owner of her current practice. She has appeared at every level of the New Hampshire court system, including the New Hampshire Supreme Court, and she has also handled matters in Massachusetts trial courts.

Kalie Lydon is admitted in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and the US District Court for the District of New Hampshire. She published a practical guide to trying DWI cases in New Hampshire and belongs to several state and local bar organizations. Her community leadership has included service with youth softball organizations in Portsmouth.
