Justin O’Dell

Justin O’Dell is a highly respected attorney specializing in civil and business litigation, family law, probate disputes, and property litigation. As a founding partner of O’Dell & O’Neal Attorneys, he is dedicated to providing strong legal representation for individuals and businesses across Georgia. With extensive courtroom experience, he has handled cases in Superior, State, Probate, and Juvenile Courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Justin also represents clients in zoning and licensing matters before local government boards.

Justin earned his B.S. in Political Science from Furman University in 1999. He then attended the University of Georgia School of Law, graduating cum laude with his J.D. in 2002.

Since being admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2002, Justin has earned a strong reputation as a trusted Atlanta litigation attorney for complex civil disputes. He has successfully handled business litigation, real estate and property disputes, probate litigation, and family law matters. His experience includes representing clients in eminent domain cases, wrongful foreclosure claims, and personal injury lawsuits, as well as defending residential and commercial property owners in land use, zoning, and development-related disputes.

Justin has played a key role in Cobb County election disputes and has won each of the last three cases in this area. His legal skills have also benefited clients in breach of fiduciary duty cases and defective construction claims.
