Justin earned a J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law, where he received the CALI Award in Trial Advocacy and competed in the Lone Star Classic National Mock Trial Competition. Justin has served as lead counsel through the full litigation process, including initial case evaluation, discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, mediation, arbitration, and trial. Before joining HKM, he spent more than five years as a partner at a small plaintiff-side firm in Pittsburgh, where he maintained an active litigation docket and supervised attorneys, law clerks, discovery professionals, and paralegals. Justin M. Bahorich focuses on helping employees address serious workplace disputes through detailed case development and litigation strategy. His employment practice areas include discrimination, employment contracts, FMLA claims, hostile work environment, non-competes, retaliation, severance, sexual harassment, wage and overtime disputes, whistleblower claims, and wrongful termination. His background in trial advocacy and plaintiff-side employment litigation supports representation from early evaluation through negotiated resolution, dispositive motions, arbitration, or trial when a dispute remains contested.
