Justin L. Cohen is a Denver shareholder and commercial litigator who handles disputes involving contracts, fraud, business torts, and fiduciary duties. He has served as lead trial counsel in bench and jury trials, arbitrations, and administrative hearings for investors, developers, companies, municipalities, and public companies across many industries and disputes.
Justin earned his J.D. in 2012 from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, Order of St. Ives. He also earned his B.A. in 2007 from Winthrop University, magna cum laude. His past work includes judicial externships for Hon. Ed Moss and Hon. C. Scott Crabtree in Colorado.
Justin helps clients manage complex commercial matters with a practical and flexible approach. He represents clients in real estate, construction, shareholder, partnership, hospitality, cannabis, health care, technology, and oil and gas disputes. He also obtained a complete defense verdict in a class action arbitration for an energy exploration and development company.
