Julie M. Pawluk

Julie M. Pawluk is an experienced attorney serving clients across the seven-county metro area of Minnesota. With over four decades of legal practice, she offers trusted legal guidance in the areas of family law, estate planning and probate, real estate law, and criminal defense. Her approach combines strong legal knowledge with a commitment to helping individuals and families through some of life’s most difficult legal challenges.

Julie received her B.A. from Gustavus Adolphus College in 1976 and earned her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in 1981. She was admitted to the Minnesota State Bar in the same year and has maintained an active practice ever since.

Julie has represented a diverse range of clients in both civil and criminal matters. In family law, she assists with divorce, custody, and support matters. Her estate planning and probate services help individuals manage their assets and guide families through the legal aspects of loss. She also handles real estate transactions and provides criminal defense representation.

Beyond her practice, Julie contributes her time and legal skills to community-focused efforts. She has served as a volunteer attorney with Chrysalis/Tubman, supporting women, children, and families impacted by domestic violence, substance use, and mental health issues.
