Julie M. Pawluk

Julie M. Pawluk is an experienced attorney serving clients across the seven-county metro area of Minnesota. With over four decades of legal practice, she offers trusted legal guidance in the areas of family law, estate planning and probate, real estate law, and criminal defense. Her approach combines strong legal knowledge with a commitment to helping individuals and families through some of life’s most difficult legal challenges.

Julie received her B.A. from Gustavus Adolphus College in 1976 and earned her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in 1981. She was admitted to the Minnesota State Bar in the same year and has maintained an active practice ever since.

Julie represents clients across a wide range of civil and criminal cases. In family law, she handles divorce, child custody, and child support matters with a practical, client-focused approach. She also offers comprehensive estate planning and probate services to help individuals protect their assets and guide families through the legal process after a loss. In addition, Julie manages residential and commercial real estate transactions and provides strategic criminal defense representation.

Beyond her practice, Julie contributes her time and legal skills to community-focused efforts. She has served as a volunteer attorney with Chrysalis/Tubman, supporting women, children, and families impacted by domestic violence, substance use, and mental health issues. Julie has also been involved with the International Institute of Minnesota and previously served on the supervisory committee of the Ukrainian Credit Union.
