Julia Siegenberg

Julia Siegenberg is a government lawyer and Counsel at Brown & Peisch PLLC in Washington, D.C. She represents state agencies in litigation and administrative matters arising from federal-state human services programs, including Medicaid and child welfare. Her practice includes federal class action defense, appeals of federal penalties before the US Department of Health and Human Services Departmental Appeals Board, and counseling on public benefit programs.
