Julia P. Boisvert

Julia P. Boisvert is a member at Harris Beach Murtha who represents for-profit and nonprofit providers, including hospitals, social services providers, physicians, and tax-exempt entities. Her practice focuses on health care, tax-exempt organizations, corporate matters, tax, privacy and security, and regulatory issues. Julia earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law. She also received a B.S. from Cornell University. Her academic background supports her work on complex corporate, tax-exempt, health care, and regulatory matters. This training helps her evaluate business structures, governance questions, compliance obligations, and transactional issues with careful legal analysis and practical judgment.
