Juan G. Andreu

Juan G. Andreu, ESQ., is a Florida attorney and founding partner at Andreu, Palma, Lavin & Solis, PLLC, whose practice centers on creditors’ rights, civil litigation, debt collection, and judgment enforcement. He has represented financial institutions and other creditors in consumer and commercial claims throughout Florida. Mr. Andreu earned his B.S. in Criminology, cum laude, from Florida State University in 1996. He received his J.D. with honors from St. Thomas University School of Law in 1999. During law school, he served as an active member of the Moot Court Board, gaining experience in legal research, written advocacy, and oral argument.

Mr. Andreu worked as a litigation partner in a personal injury practice before concentrating on creditors’ rights. He developed extensive experience handling bodily injury and personal injury protection claims across South Florida. That background strengthened his understanding of insurance disputes, contested evidence, courtroom procedure, and the practical demands of managing active litigation.

Mr. Andreu now represents creditors in a broad range of consumer and commercial matters. His work may involve breach of contract claims, debt collection lawsuits, asset recovery, and the enforcement of judgments.
