Joyce Ann Williams

Joyce Ann Williams is an estate planning attorney who serves clients in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Her practice includes estate planning, wills, trusts, probate proceedings, estate administration, guardianship, special needs trusts, and elder law. She helps individuals and families prepare for life transitions, address the responsibilities that follow a loved one’s death, and understand legal processes through clear, caring, and practical guidance.

Ms. Williams earned her J.D. from Howard University School of Law, where she participated in the National Congress of Black Women and the Fair Housing Clinic. She received her B.A. in Radio-Television-Film from the University of Maryland University College. Ms. Williams served as a staff attorney with the Prince George’s County Department of Housing and Community Development from 2009 to 2013. She also attended bond closings for multifamily housing developers using tax-exempt and credit-enhanced District of Columbia bond programs.
