Joyce Ann Williams is an estate planning attorney who serves clients in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Ms. Williams earned her J.D. from Howard University School of Law, where she participated in the National Congress of Black Women and the Fair Housing Clinic. She received her B.A. in Radio-Television-Film from the University of Maryland University College. Ms. Williams served as a staff attorney with the Prince George’s County Department of Housing and Community Development from 2009 to 2013. Her earlier work as a law clerk included probate matters, drafting wills, opening estate files, and preparing documents needed to begin probate administration. She also attended bond closings for multifamily housing developers using tax-exempt and credit-enhanced District of Columbia bond programs.
