Joshua Harris Jenne is a trial attorney who represents clients in a wide range of civil and litigation matters. Joshua earned his B.B.A. in Business Administration and Accounting from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, graduating with honors in 2001. He then received his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham in 2004, also with honors. During law school, he served as Director of the Trial Advocacy Board and earned recognition as a Scholar of Merit and as a member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity.
Before joining his family practice in Cleveland, Joshua practiced for two years with a larger firm in Chattanooga. He has since tried cases in many areas, including personal injury, commercial litigation, workers’ compensation, construction litigation, and medical malpractice. He also handles employment disputes, insurance matters, domestic relations, mediation, and trial practice in state and federal courts. His courtroom experience supports clients facing high-stakes disputes and demanding legal challenges every day.
