Mr. Waldman began his legal career as an extern for the Honorable Napoleon Jones, Jr. of the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California. Before joining Burkhalter Kessler Clement & George LLP, he gained valuable litigation experience as an associate at Walsworth, Franklin Bevins and McCall, and Collins & Bellenghi, focusing on civil matters with a strong emphasis on business and employment disputes.

Admitted to practice in all California state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, Joshua A. Waldman is an active member of the American Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association. In 2019, he earned an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest possible score for legal ability and ethics. He was also recognized by Super Lawyers in 2023.
