He began his legal career working in the collection department at the law firm Ortale, Kelley, Herbert & Crawford. He later joined Clark & Washington, P.C., working as a consumer bankruptcy attorney and developing valuable experience managing bankruptcy cases from start to finish. In 2011, Josh and his partner founded Coles & Holton, LLP, to better serve clients across Greater Nashville and surrounding communities.
